Hendrik is coming to Amsterdam—Would you like to work with us?

On October 1, we'll open the doors to Hendrik Amsterdam (50 Ruysdaelstraat in Amsterdam Zuid), our restaurant's second location. In Vreeland, we've made a name for ourselves with our delicious food, relaxed atmosphere, and personalized service. We're now bringing that same approach to the city.
We're looking for people who would enjoy joining our team, who like to take the initiative, and who love hospitality. No experience in the hospitality industry? No problem—we value motivation and dedication more.

What are you going to do?

You will manage the kitchen independently
You put together your own team
You'll work with us to monitor the card and margins
You'll handle purchasing, schedules, and HACCP, and manage the team
You contribute ideas on business operations

Who We're Looking For

You have experience as a (sous) chef and are a natural leader
You work in a structured, organized, and practical manner
You have an eye for simplicity, good taste, and quality
You are loyal, eager to learn, and want to grow with us
You speak Dutch or are fluent in English
