Welcome to Hendrik Amsterdam, an atmospheric pancake restaurant in an iconic spot in Amsterdam-Zuid, right on the border of the bustling Pijp and near the museum square. In the former restaurant Le Garage, for many years the culinary domain of Joop Braakhekke, we now bring our Vreeland tradition to the city.

Our pancakes are traditionally prepared with primal flour from mill De Ruiter in Vreeland aan de Vecht, exactly as it has been done for generations. Everything on the menu is made with love and preferably with fresh and local ingredients.
